I just wanted to send a HUGE thank you note. I'm a 40 year old former amateur kick boxer and
MMA enthusiast. I've debated joining a BJJ or MMA school, but really wasn't excited about
getting hit. I'm not a sissy or anything, but I'm getting a bit older and just wanted to train in a
way that was enjoyable (if there's such a thing). UFF is right up my alley! I've been using it now
for 3 weeks and can tell a difference without even making drastic changes to my diet yet (which
desperately needs to happen next). I could barely finish 3 rounds the first time I tried. I'm about
to attempt the "Circle of Death"! I hate it, but I love it! I've watched the Advanced DVD and
broke a sweat just watching! Please keep me posted on future workouts.

This is a great product! I have been using it for three months and have improved my health and
have learned how to do some of the moves I've seen on the Ultimate Fighting Championship and
other mixed martial arts events. I used to train normally, but after getting injured a few times, I
decided this would be a safer and less painful way to learn. The instructor John Beneduce keeps
you motivated through the intense workouts and has developed Unlimited Fighting Fitness to
keep the workout exciting beginning to end. He also simultaneously provides modified versions
of the workout so men, women, and children can do the same workout together. If you always
wanted to learn the martial arts without the injuries and get into fantastic shape, you should
definitely buy this product!

I am a 27 yr old martial arts school owner and also work a full time job so I don't have a lot of
time to workout. The UFF workout is great. I love MMA and there are no schools around here
that offer MMA so when I saw the ad for the UFF I decided to give it a shot. I have been
working out with the program for about 3 weeks now and I love it. I feel energized after the
workout. It feels like I just started and the workout is already over and I am pouring sweat and
feel great. I am already seeing a drop in my weight and pants size. Thanks UFF!!!!!!!!!

I am a lifetime wrestler and MMA fighter. I have been using the UFF workout for about 3
months now and it has been great, it really challenges you to push yourself. It is a great way to
stay in fight shape and burn calories. I am also a firefighter in the USAF and have introduced the
UFF workout at the firehouse, the firefighters are loving it. This is a great full body workout for
anyone.

I started the UFF workout approximately 2 months ago and I love it. I've been training MMA for
a few years and was looking for a conditioning routine when I am not in the gym. The UFF
workout is amazing because it incorporates actual fighting techniques while, working strength
and conditioning exercises. It is by far one of the most productive workouts that I've ever tried
especially, at home and I've been able to use it through my UCL injury with a couple of
modifications. This workout is great for fighters or even just people who want the same high
level of conditioning as a fighter needs. My abs have gotten more ripped and I lost weight on my
legs, which was really difficult for me to do before I started using your DVD. I just wanted to let
you know how awesome UFF is and how awesome you are because you developed this system.
Thank you for everything that you sent with the DVD as well. It was totally worth trying and
now I am hooked!
